LinkedIn Learning’s Career Hub Helps Your Employees Stay Put and Progress

by Kathy Bernard

LinkedIn Learning, LinkedIn’s online education platform, has launched a powerful Career Hub to boost your employees’ engagement and retention, increase internal mobility, and develop in-demand skills, such as artificial intelligence or software development. The hub provides your employees with personalized career guidance, data-driven insights to identify their skill gaps, and the tools needed for internal job opportunities.

Through the Career Hub, employees can simply click on an internal role to see how their skills match and gain clarity on how to update their abilities to pursue various internal career opportunities.

Key features of the Career Hub include:
- The Next Role Explorer, which lets employees visualize potential internal career moves.
- Role Guides help employees understand and prepare for their next role.
- Career Goal Setting lets your staff set goals to align learning to their desired career outcome.
- Learning Plans allows employees to personalize their learning journeys, discover what skills and education are most needed to progress, and which LinkedIn Learning courses to complete to attain their goals.
- Internal Jobs lets them access an internal job board and job recommendations.
- Interested Internal Candidates and Recruiter Spotlight allows employees to display proof of their successful completion of relevant LinkedIn Learning courses and signal interest in internal roles to company recruiters, who can then manage candidates in LinkedIn Recruiter.

To purchase a LinkedIn Learning Career Hub license, your organization must have a minimum of 10 LinkedIn Learning license seats. To learn more about the Career Hub, visit https://www.linkedin.com/business/talent/blog/learning-and-development/linkedin-learning-career-hub-is-here
