As Jim Drewes progressed in his career in IT, web and software development and management, he wanted to apply his years of experience to a role with increased management and leadership possibilities. “I wanted to focus my efforts in a company that was passionate about growing and investing in their leadership,” he says.

Drewes found this in Contegix, where he accepted a position as the director of key accounts and member of the executive management team. Today, among other things, Drewes is responsible for customer advocacy within the company and taking care of top customers. “Jim has gone well beyond the original goals,” says Matthew Porter, owner of Contegix. “He has integrated himself into the overall leadership and strategic direction of the company. He has recently taken key positions and responsibilities in our marketing department in order to drive our future endeavors here.”

By establishing himself as a key contributor to the future of Contegix, Drewes is aiming to help the company continue to grow. “I want to focus on growth not only in revenue but also internally in terms of culture and structure and build that out,” he says. “I hope we continue our annual increases of 50% in revenue until we all decide to do the next exciting thing.”
